For over 20 years, we have been bringing premium-quality teas to Slovakia. As the first online tea shop in the Slovak Republic, we have earned a reputation as experts who not only sell teas and tea accessories but also spread awareness of tea culture and its traditions.
Quality tea is an essential part of our daily lives, which is why we offer teas that resonate with us and that we genuinely enjoy drinking. Our online tea journey began in 2003 on the domain www.cajovydom.sk and has been evolving ever since.

Quality and freshness directly from the source
Our passion for tea has led us to personally get to know tea plantations and farmers in Japan, China, India and Nepal. With many of them, we have created long-term partnerships that allow us to import the highest quality teas directly from the source and obtain premium teas, tea competition winners and tea rarities for our customers.
We base ourselves on freshness and careful selection of each tea so that we bring you an authentic tea experience that meets the highest standards. Our teas are popular not only with our customers, but also in leading gastro establishments and restaurants. We also export teas to several countries of the European Union, where they are gaining recognition for their exceptional taste and quality.
Our tea journey
- Since 2008, we have been organizing Tea Schools, tea tastings and we also share our knowledge and experience through lectures at festivals and articles in the media.
- In 2010, we attended a tea school in Beijing under the auspices of the Chinese State Tea Administration and passed the state exam. Thus, we were the first and only people from Slovakia to receive a state official certificate of professional knowledge and proper preparation of teas.
- We are constantly deepening our experience - we visited the most important tea regions in India, Nepal, China and Japan, where we trained with leading tea experts and producers. In Nepal, we were invited to the commission for evaluating teas from local farmers in 2013.
- We also focus on cultivating long-term relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers of handmade ceramics. For a comprehensive tea ceremony experience, you can choose beautiful teapots that have passed through the kind hands of their creators and will become part of your tea journey.
- In 2012, we opened a tea room that won the award for the best tea room at FesTEAval in Bratislava. We also shared our tea knowledge during international tea festivals in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
We cooperate with the Association of Sommeliers of the Slovak Republic, which underlines our expertise and passion for tea.
Our own tea production
Since 2017, we have become pioneers in the production of Japanese GABA teas*. By combining many years of experience, sommelier art and cooperation with the best producers from Japan, we have created unique tea products that are unparalleled. We are the only ones in Slovakia to produce our own teas and bring our customers an authentic tea experience.
