The dry leaves have a floral to gooseberry aroma with a subtle touch of fresh grass and young corn.

The taste is smooth and delicate, with fruity-floral notes and traces of bamboo shoots. It leaves a slightly mineral mouthfeel and a sweet aftertaste. You can also find a subtle spiciness and chestnut notes in the brine.

Da Xue Shan (大雪山), translated as 'Great Snow Mountain', is located in the Chinese province of Yunnan, famous for its wild and ancient tea trees. The cool nights and clean mountain air give this green tea its distinctive, vibrant character and rich amino acid and antioxidant content.
