The courier will deliver your order quickly and directly to you.

Courier delivery price:

  • In Slovakia - from €5.00
    If the order price exceeds €100, its delivery by courier service to the Customer's delivery address is free within the Slovak Republic
  • In Czech Republic - from €8.00
    If the order price exceeds €100, its delivery by courier service to the Customer's delivery address is free within the Czech Republic
  • In EU countries - from €9.00
  • In other countries, outside the EU - €11.00

Packeta (Zásielkovňa) "PickUp Point"

Pick up your order at your favorite location. Choose the Packeta (Zásielkovňa) pickup point that suits you.

Price for delivery to a Packeta collection point (Zásielkovne):

  • Within Slovakia - from €5.00
    If the order price exceeds €100, its delivery by courier service to the Customer's delivery address is free within the Slovak Republic
  • In the Czech Republic - from €5.00
    If the order price exceeds €100, its delivery by courier service to the Customer's delivery address is free within the Czech Republic
  • In EU countries - from €6.00

This service is available to Customers from EU countries where Packeta operates

Personal collection

Pick up the order by you personally at Čajový Dom at Povraznícka 2 in Bratislava.

This service is available to Customers who have the opportunity to pick up the order from us in person, within 5 days of receiving notification that it is ready for personal collection.

Our opening hours:

Tuesday - 14:00 - 18:00
Wednesday - 14:00 - 18:00
Thursday - 14:00 - 18:00

Personal collection is free of charge.

If you do not pick up your order for personal collection within 5 business days, it will be canceled.

If you are unable to pick up your order within the specified time and need to extend the collection time, please contact our Customer Service.

Delivery for wholesale customers

  • Within Slovakia - from €7.00
  • In the Czech Republic - from €9.00
  • In EU countries - from €9.60
  • In other countries, outside the EU - from €11.00

Packeta (Delivery point) "PickUp Point"

Delivery to a Packeta (Delivery point) pickup point.

Within Slovakia - from €6.00

In the Czech Republic -from €7.00

In EU countries - from €13.20

This service is available to Customers from EU countries where Packeta operates

Personal pickup for wholesale

Pickup of the order by you personally at Čajový Dom at Povraznícka 2 in Bratislava.

This service is available to wholesale Customers who have the opportunity to pick up the order from us in person, within 5 days of receiving the notification that it is ready for personal pickup.

Wednesday - 14:00 - 18:00
Thursday - 14:00 - 18:00

Personal collection is free of charge.

If you wish to pick up your order outside of opening hours, please arrange a pick-up time in advance, by phone or email.

If you do not pick up your order for personal collection within 5 business days, it will be cancelled.

If you are unable to pick up your order within the specified time and need to extend the pick-up time, please contact our Customer Service.

Note: We reserves the right not to deliver orders to selected countries of the world.

    This payment method is available to all retail customers within Slovakia for all delivery methods
  • By cash on delivery
    This payment method is available to all retail customers within Slovakia for delivery by courier service or to a Packeta collection point
  • By bank transfer
    This payment method is available to all wholesale customers within Slovakia and retail customers for delivery by courier service, to a Packeta collection point or by Packeta to the delivery address
  • In person at the store
    This payment method is available to all customers for personal collection. You can pay by card or cash.
