Excellent class of Gao Shan. This Taiwanese oolong is grown at a higher altitude.

It is only lightly fermented. The infusion has a yellow-green color, a distinct aroma and taste with apricot-cream notes. It has a wonderful long-lasting aftertaste.

Ideal for Kung Fu Cha. It can withstand 8 to 10 infusions. Recommended!
