A renowned Taiwanese tea cultivar developed to have stronger immunity against naturally occurring pests in Taiwan's high-mountain climate. This resilience allows the tea to be cultivated organically.

It is celebrated for its natural buttery, milky flavour, gentle vegetal character, and soothing, clean aftertaste. Grown by a local farmer in the Alishan region, this tea is traditionally processed with a leaf oxidation level of 25% and rolled into small pearls.

The tea boasts a delightful, well-balanced taste with a subtle milky aroma, creamy texture, and sweet finish.
