Green Monkey is a highly popular Chinese green tea from Fujian Province.

The vibrant green tea leaves, with a high proportion of delicately downy tips, are rolled into spiral-shaped coils. The leaves are hand-picked and oxidation is traditionally stoped by pan-firing in woks.

The dry leaves have a nutty aroma, while the infusion boasts a sparkling yellow-green colour and a refreshing, full tastewith a gentle traditional sweet smokiness and long aftertaste.
