Ukiyo (浮世, "Floating World") is a Japanese term used to refer to an urban lifestyle and culture, especially the pleasure-seeking aspects. "To live in the moment, detached from the cares of life."

This matcha comes from organically grown tea plants from the Shizuoka area.
