Wholesale is intended for operators of teahouses, tea shops, and other establishments where tea is meant for direct consumption or resale.

If you find yourself fitting this description, please create a registration and fill out all your business information. Then, contact us by email at cajovydom@cajovydom.sk with your request for wholesale cooperation. We kindly ask you to introduce yourself, share some information about your business or operation, and specify which teas and products from our range interest you.

If you meet the conditions for our wholesale cooperation, we will switch your user account on our e-shop to wholesale mode after verifying all the details.

A personal meeting or at least a telephone conversation is required as a condition of cooperation because trust is essential in business, and we enjoy working with people we know better.

RULES FOR WHOLESALE

Establishing Business Cooperation

Wholesale cooperation can be requested by a legal entity or an individual with a valid trade or business registration, whose business relates to tea, catering services, the sale of tea, or other products from our offer.

Wholesale Partner Registration (WP)

To establish wholesale cooperation, it is necessary to register the business partner in our system via our website www.cajovydom.sk and set their user account to WP mode. During registration, a valid email address must be provided, which will serve as the login username and password.

The following correct information is required for smooth and proper cooperation during registration:

Billing Information:

Business name and legal form
Registered address
Business ID (IČO)
Tax ID (DIČ) / If applicable, VAT ID (IČ DPH)

Delivery Address:

Company name/Recipient's name
Complete and correct address

Contact person responsible for ordering goods for your store:

Name and surname
Email address
Phone number

The registered wholesale partner will be verified, and their details checked. Upon approval, their user account will be switched to WP mode. The partner will be notified of the approval by email or phone.

Rules for Wholesale Orders

Orders processed as wholesale must meet the following conditions:

The order must be created by a registered WP partner logged into their user account at the time of order creation.
The minimum order quantity for one type of loose tea is 250 g.
The minimum order value for wholesale pricing is 100 EUR, including VAT.
(if the value of the order is less than €100, a service fee will be applied)

Discount for Wholesale and Prices

Wholesale prices, including VAT, are displayed after logging into the WP user account.

We reserve the right not to offer wholesale prices on selected products, such as rare or exclusive products, collectible products, or competition teas, etc.

In the interest of maintaining fair cooperation, wholesale partners are not permitted to sell products supplied by us at prices lower than the retail prices listed on our e-shop.

Attempts at unfair trade competition or price dumping violate the wholesale rules, and we reserve the right to terminate cooperation with such a partner immediately.

Handling Wholesale Orders

The supplier reserves the right to process orders within 3 - 5 business days from receipt of a properly placed order.

Wholesale orders are generally ready for pickup or dispatched within 3 business days.

Please note that direct purchasing at the store without placing an order is only possible at retail prices.

Packaging of Tea (50 grams packages)

For stores, we also offer the option of packaging goods into 50-gram packs. The additional charge for each package (including packaging) is 0,60 €, including VAT. For orders of over 100 units of 50-gram packs of the same tea, a special arrangement may be made.
