"Daffodil from Wu Yi Mountains" (sometimes incorrectly translated as “Water Nymph”) is one the best-known so called "cliff Oollongs" (“Yan Cha” in Chinese) in the world. For dry Tea brown colour is typical. This particular Shui Xian is a representative of a top-quality class of cliff Oolongs.

The brown-orange infusion has a strong scent, quite a strong taste, with a relatively sweet aftertaste.
